Annual Meeting Highlights: Chair's Report, Board Elections, and Resolution Proposals 

• • Chair's Report and Budget Accounts: Receive a comprehensive report from the Executive Committee, covering achievements, challenges, and financial performance.
  • Election of Board Members: Cast your vote for the Executive Committee's proposed candidates to fill Board vacancies and lead until the next Annual Meeting.
  • Resolution Decisions: Any active member wishing to propose a resolution (other than Board nominations) must provide written notice to the Secretary no later than 30 days before the Annual Meeting. This ensures ample time for review and inclusion on the agenda.
