ISPE Nordic Affiliate Annual Meeting: A key platform for members to review progress, plan ahead, and shape the Affiliate’s future

The ISPE Nordic Affiliate Annual Meeting is a key community event where members reflect on past achievements, strategize for the future, and shape the Affiliate’s leadership direction.

This year’s meeting focuses on inspiring growth in membership and engagement through dynamic presentations, meaningful discussions, and enhanced networking opportunities.

In the afternoon, all ISPE members are invited to a complimentary one-hour session from 14:00 to 15:00, featuring the ISPE Nordic Affiliate 2025 Annual General Meeting, including the board election, plus free networking session from 15:00 - 16:00. Don’t forget to register for either the onsite or virtual option.

Annual Meeting Highlights: Chair's Report, Board Elections, and Resolution Proposals 

    • Chair's Report and Budget Accounts: Receive a comprehensive report from the Executive Committee, covering achievements, challenges, and financial performance.
    • Election of Board Members: Cast your vote for the Executive Committee's proposed candidates to fill Board vacancies and lead until the next Annual Meeting.
    • Resolution Decisions: Any active member wishing to propose a resolution (other than Board nominations) must provide written notice to the Secretary no later than 30 days before the Annual Meeting. This ensures ample time for review and inclusion on the agenda.

Logistical details

Hotel Accommodation: During registration, you can request a stay at the Tivoli Hotel. ISPE will share your details with the hotel to secure a discounted room rate.

Dietary Restrictions: You’ll have the opportunity to specify any dietary restrictions as part of the registration process.

At the ISPE Nordic Annual Meeting 2025, your registration includes a full day of catering: start with freshly baked rolls, cheese, marmalade, seasonal fruit, coffee, tea, and juice.
